Numerica Performing Arts Center announced tickets are on sale now for the third annual Cold Winter Nights Comedy Series. The first of the series starts in January and each month features a different stand up comedy headliner and provides the audience the same 'black box' experience.

"We take all the performers and the audience and we put them on the stage. It creates a different experience than what you're used to at the Numerica PAC. We bring everybody closer so it limits the seating to about 200 and it just creates a more energetic, intimate feel for comedy that works really well," said Alex Haley, program manager.

The first headliner for 2020 is Graham Kay on January 18th. Among his impressive stack of performances includes his performance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and appearance on the summer 2018 movie, Super Troopers 2.

"We try and bring in a bigger comic if we can, at least people that are nationally recognized or have some credit to bring in some top tier talent," said Haley. "We also mix that with our local scene, both in Wenatchee and Seattle."

A different headliner will take the stage January, February and March. There are general admission tickets, VIP tables and series packages available at Numerica PAC. The series is intended for a mature audience.
