Deadline is Today to File for Office

Friday is the final day to file for office in Washington.

There are 60 offices up for election in Chelan County and 53 in Douglas County, including water and cemetery district commissioners, to fire commissioners, school board members and city council.

The deadline to submit your application and pay the associated filing fee is 4:00 p.m.
