Eastmont Parks & Recreation Invites Local Kids to Spring Break Day Camp

Eastmont Parks and Recreation is holding a spring break day camp from April 5 to the 9 with registration open. The camp is conducted in a similar style as Eastmont's summer day camp.

Camp runs from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Eastmont Community Center.

"We plan activities throughout the day," said Charlie Brown, recreation director. "We've actually going to be able to take our kids to the pool this year."

This year's spring break day camp theme is science so kids can participate in rocket building and science projects.
