The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center (WVMCC) is holding its first 'First Friday' since the start of the COVID-19 shutdowns in February of last year.

Public Relations Coordinator Ashley Sinner said the museum will be free all day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm to celebrate the NCW Juried Art Show & Sale.

"Starting at around 6:30 pm we'll have a special reception for the artists." explained Sinner, "We will award the prizes to the winners and recognize all the artists for their great work."

The event will follow current state and local health and safety guidelines. Masks and social distancing are required.

WVMCC is also bringing back its Nooks & Crannies Tours at the Wells House Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

The tours allow people the opportunity to go places within the Wells House that are usually off-limits to the public.

There are a limited number of tours available. Tickets are $10 per person and can be ordered online at wenatcheevalleymuseum.org, or groups of 3 or more can get a special discount of $25 for the whole group by calling the museum at 509-888-6240.
