Homes Sales and Prices Rise in September

Home sales and prices in the Wenatchee Valley both rose in the month of September when compared to last year according to the most recent numbers released by Pacific Appraisal Associates.

The number of houses sold was up 23 percent while the median sales price was up nearly $20,000 to $345,000.

The amount of homes on the market is also up over last year.

Year to date sales and houses on the market is down from last year, though the average sales price is up.
