Manson Residents Should Have Received Their Ballot By Now
About 2,400 people in the Manson area will be the only residents of Chelan or Douglas County to vote in the upcoming April 27th special election.
Chelan County Auditor Skip Moore says ballots went out in the mail last week and voters should have by now received them.
"At this point (voters) can change their voter registration both online or by giving my office a call. They have up until 8:00 pm on Election Day to change their information."
On the ballot is a Manson Parks and Rec replacement maintenance and operations levy that would impose a $0.23 tax on every $1,000 of assessed property value.
Ballots need to be postmarked or in a county dropbox by 8:00 pm election night. There is a county dropbox located outside the Manson Public Library.
