Moses Lake Police Make Arrest After Brief Chase of Stolen Car

Moses Lake Police arrested a 32-year-old man, Robert Patterson, Wednesday who was wanted on burglary charges in Adams County.

Patterson was seen in the area of East Broadway getting into a stolen Volkswagon, then led police on a chase that was eventually ended for public safety.

Patterson ditched the car and attempted to walk back to a house on East Broadway where he was spotted by officers.

He was booked into Adams County jail and will also face charges of eluding and possession of a stolen vehicle in Grant County.

MLPD says Patterson is well known to them with multiple encounters in recent months.
