Omak Man Arrested for Alleged Fatal Stabbing

An assault was reported on West Third Avenue in Omak early Tuesday morning at 3:30 a.m. When officers responded, one male victim was found deceased on scene and another male victim had an apparent stab wound. The suspect, Tayler Davis, 19, has been arrested and booked into Okanogan County Jail on suspicion of Murder in the Second Degree and Assault in the First Degree. Allegedly, all three males were involved in a physical altercation on W. Third Ave. and it is alleged that a ball bat and knife were involved. Allegedly, Davis produced the knife and stabbed both males. The investigation is ongoing.

The deceased victim was Keith Riehart, 31, and the injured victim was Adrian Legarda, 25. Legarda was transported to Mid-Valley Hospital and is in stable condition.
