Pinnacles Prep Moves In Community Center, Begins Preparing for Fall 2021
Wenatchee's charter public school, Pinnacles Prep, started managing the Community Center Campus on January 1st and is preparing to open the doors for fall 2021.
The school is working with architects to finalize the design to submit to the city of Wenatchee.
"We are going to begin a renovation of the entire campus to get it ready to be a school," said Sean Koester, director of operations. "Demolitions of some interior walls and things like that will begin in February."
The school is also expecting to start construction in March to create classrooms and make it a wi-fi campus.
Pinnacles Prep is expecting 120 6th and 7th graders in August when the school opens its doors for the first school year.
