Reclamation District Announces Canal Fill Date

The Wenatchee Reclamation District announced Tuesday it plans to start filling its canal April 5th.

The canal takes about a week to fill once crews finish clearing it.

Manager Waylon Marshall said that canal roads exist for the sole purpose of operating and maintaining the canal. Please use caution around any district vehicles or work being done on the canal.
