Rollover Collision After Passenger Fell Asleep Near Blewett Pass

A driver fell asleep behind the wheel on the afternoon of July 14, causing a rollover collision north of Blewett Pass.

The 20-year-old driver drove southbound US-97 and crashed near milepost 166.

He was transported for his injuries after colliding with a rock and rolling over multiple times.

Washington State Patrol cited the driver for Negligent Driving in the 2nd degree and without a license.
