A semi-truck rolled over Monday night near the Crescent Bar turnoff on Highway 28 and partially blocked the roadway for a seven hours.

The Washington State Patrol accident report says the vehicle was headed east towards Quincy when it left the roadway to the right, overcorrected and entered the westbound lanes before eventually rolling onto its right side, blocking the westbound lane, and one of the eastbound lanes.

According to Trooper John Bryant, the truck was carrying aluminum.

No one was injured.

The driver, 24-year-old Raciel Maqueira was cited for wheels off the roadway.

It is believed distracted driving was the cause.
