CORRECTED:

A two vehicle collision occurred Wednesday morning around 11:30 at the intersection of SR 28 and Crescent Bar Road.

Trooper John Bryant said 20-year-old Eathyn Geren of Wenatchee, who was driving a Toyota pickup, was at fault.

"The Toyota pickup was stopped at the stop sign on Crescent Bar Road at the junction with State Route 28. The driver attempted to make a left turn onto westbound SR 28 and was struck by a Honda (passenger car) traveling eastbound."

The Toyota pickup rolled onto its top while the Honda was still able to drive away eventually. Both Geren and the driver of the Honda, a 30-year-old Quincy woman, were treated at the scene for cuts a scrapes.

Geren was cited for failure to yield.
