20-Acre Fire off Highway 28 Near Crescent Bar

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office posted an update on Facebook around midnight that a 20-acre fire was burning on Highway 28 near milepost 20 west of Crescent Bar.

Level 1 evacuation notifications are being issued for Mansfield Rd and Columbia View Rd.

Deputies are asking non-residents to avoid the area if at all possible and obey all emergency signs or emergency responder instructions.
