After Alleged Rape of Girlfriend, Moses Lake Man Held On High Bail

Last Friday, Grant County deputies and Moses Lake Police responded to a home in the Upper Basin Homes neighborhood after a call about sexual assault.

"We were able to interview the victim who claimed that her boyfriend had sexually assaulted her. He was later found by Moses Lake Police in the Lower Basin Homes area of Moses Lake," said Kyle Foreman, Grant County Public Informations Officer.

Zachary Castner was charged with second-degree rape-domestic violence. He is being held on $100,00 bail in the Grant County Jail.
