Commuters can expect delays Tuesday on westbound I-90 in the Dodson Road area as Department of Transportation crews work to remove a burned-out electronic message board.

The board was destroyed by a suspicious fire January 8th.

WSDOT Communications Manager Lauren Loebsack said, "At the time of the incident it was blank. We have been running some messaging during key hours like during the morning and afternoon commute. It usually generates messaging about conditions on Snoqualmie (Pass) and has been sharing some messaging on masking up during a couple of hours."

Both westbound lanes of I-90 will be closed from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday, with traffic being redirected onto the Dodson Road Overpass. A replacement board will be installed in May.
