Link Offers Workshop For Penning a Letter to Santa

Link Transit will offer a workshop to assist little ones eager to craft the perfect letter to Santa on December 6. From 9:30-noon, children and their caregivers are invited to pen letters at the free workshop with treats and a complimentary ride on the Link bus to deliver the letter to the post office.

"We decided to do this letters to santa workshop as part of a series of free monthly tours designed for children and their caregivers seeking ways to explore interesting and fun destinations in our coverage area which is Chelan and Douglas counties," said Selina Danko, outreach coordinator. "We thought this would be a fun way for young people to use our bus to deliver a letter to Santa with their wishlist for the holidays."

All tours in the series will begin and end at Wenatchee's Columbia Station.

"This is a great way for everyone in our community, including young ones, to learn about a service that is available for them to use every day," said Danko.
