A memorial is being held for a Moses Lake woman who died after going missing on a mountain trail in western Washington two years ago.

A large crowd is expected at the service and reception for Rachel Lakoduk this Saturday at Grace Harvest Church in Moses Lake.

She disappeared in snowy conditions while hiking near the Hidden Lake trailhead in Skagit County in October of 2019.

Her remains were found in August.  Lakoduk was 28-years-old when she went missing.

The memorial service and reception is being held Saturday at 1pm at GHC - 313 Fig Street in Moses Lake.

The church says the reception will include Rachel's favorite foods - tacos, cookies, and anything with bacon in it.

A posting on the church's Facebook page said, "Come remember, share stories of, and celebrate the beauty and joy that is Rachel Lakoduk."
