Teen Suspects in Mattawa Drive-Bys Turn Selves In

The Grant County Sheriff's Office says the two teens that were considered armed and dangerous and part of a manhunt Thursday turned themselves into Mattawa police.

The two teens, Rodrigo Quiroz and Melchor Celaya, were suspects in two targeted drive-by shootings that took place yesterday morning.

A third unknown Hispanic male was also listed as a suspect though they were not listed as having surrendered.

No one was injured during the drive-bys.
