The Wenatchee Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services annual Bundle Up Festival is an opportunity to corral the youth in the community and check out fun activities offered in the area. The festival is held at Pybus Market on January 11 from 11-2.

"It's a free event with crafts, we'll have S'more, offer hayrides, we have Gone Country 4-H with some animals," said Gina Shaw, recreation coordinator. "Inside we have tons of local booths that will be there with all kind of activities from sports to music and drama. All kinds of things for kids to do in our community."

Families can mill from different booths to find a niche for their children.

"It sponsors the Wenatchee Valley Sports Foundation. We give out scholarships for kids who can't afford to do activities in Wenatchee Valley," said Shaw.

The Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce and Washington Trust Bank are sponsoring the event.
