Weinstein Beverage Purchases Naming Rights to Town Toyota Center Rink
The Town Toyota Center announced Monday that it has sold the naming rights to its rink to Weinstein [wine-stine] Beverage.
Town Toyota Center General Manager Mark Miller said its a wonderful feeling knowing that the commitment will keep the rink intact for youth and the public for years to come.
"Weinstein Beverage, the home of Pepsi-Cola, has been absolutely, massively instrumental in probably every major and minor event that happened in Chelan and Douglas County over the past 25 years." explained Miller, "The events here at the Town Toyota Center are obviously no exception to that."
The rink will be renamed the Pepsi-Cola Rink, while the entire complex will still remain the Town Toyota Center. The deal is worth $140,000 for three years, ending in December of 2023.
According to the Town Toyota Center, prior to COVID-19 the rink drew nearly 100,000 users annually.
